Transfer pricing documentation for a foreign software company

The client makes up a part of a foreign group owning search engine technology used in vertical web portals. The group’s Spanish affiliate is in charge of business development on the Iberian Peninsula and Latin America, as well as production adaptation to the needs of its clients and/or other related parties.
We advise the client regarding its transfer pricing policy, drawing up support documentation for its bonus policy. Furthermore, we provide analysis and documentation for their service operations (management and technical service support).
Likewise, the client has been consulted on its business decisions and has benefited from a cost-benefit analysis regarding the possibility of implementing changes permitting an optimisation of the business structure.
